These are the most amazing, soft, sweet, yet salty, homemade pretzel bites. They are so good. I made two batches of these because they were that good. They looked so absolutely delicious that I had to make my own.
Ingredients:Dough
- 2 1/2 tsp active yeast
- 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp brown sugar, divided
- 1/4 c warm water
- 1 c warm milk
- 3 c flour
Dough bath
- 6 c water
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
