- 12 tiger shrimp, cleaned and peeled with tails intact
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 2 tablespoons Panko breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper to taste

- 2/3 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chili sauce (such as Sambal)
