These were actually really good and easy to make. I used two wonton wrappers on the bottom and was able to eat them like a cup cake!
- 6 egg roll wrappers
- 12 tablespoons canned Muir Glen® organic fire roasted crushed tomatoes or tomato puree
- 6 tablespoons chopped cooked turkey
- 12 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
