Reindeer Food: Holiday Peppermint Chex mix- This was pretty good, you can also use milk chocolate chips. I made this in about 10 minutes unfortunately the kids were out of town but there should be some left! Would be perfect for last minute parties or get togethers!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Chex® or Chocolate Chex® cereal
- 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
- 1/3 cup coarsely crushed peppermint candy canes (14 miniature, unwrapped)
