Crispy Baked Chicken Spring Rolls  – these look like something youd like! and using the egg rolls and baking is super easy (I did black bean ones last week).

1 Tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon olive oil, plus more for brushing on rolls
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup finely shredded green cabbage
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 cup sliced shitake mushrooms
2 Tablespoons store-bought hoisin sauce
