Clean Eating Granola Bar! Made these, substituted pecan and walnut pieces for the dried fruit… came out great!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of whole grain old fashioned oats
- 1 Tablespoon of ground flax meal
- 1/4 cup of dried currants
- 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of dried cherrieschopped (or any type of dried fruit without the sugars)
- 1 packet of stevia in the raw
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 fairly ripe banana, chopped as small as you can
- 2 Tablespoons of natural peanut butter
- 2 Tablespoons of natural honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
