Clean Eating Granola Bar

Clean Eating Granola Bar! Made these, substituted pecan and walnut pieces for the dried fruit… came out great!


  • 1 cup of whole grain old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tablespoon of ground flax meal
  • 1/4 cup of dried currants
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of dried cherrieschopped (or any type of dried fruit without the sugars)
  • 1 packet of stevia in the raw
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 fairly ripe banana, chopped as small as you can
  • 2 Tablespoons of natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of natural honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
